The detached barn of the estate has been transformed into a lovely country home. It has private access with its own entrance gate, private parking, and a private path to the pool, which is shared. The house looks out onto the panoramic valley to south-west and develops over two floors. It is equipped with all the necessary modern comfort including air conditioning (although you’ll rarely need it, as the hilltop location allows for maximum circulation of Tuscan breezes).

Ground floor: 1 large living room with fireplace, sitting area with piano, kitchen area and dining area (additional bed on request)
1 bathroom with shower
2 outdoor terraces, one facing north and the other facing south

Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms (one of the double beds cannot be transformed to twin beds)
1 smaller extra bedroom with two single beds (suitable for one adult or two children)
3 bathrooms with shower (two are en suite)

A beautiful garden path decked with flowers leads to a magnificent Mediterranean style swimming pool with Roman steps. On return from a day out, you can relax here whiling away late summer afternoons with a favourite novel.

The detached home is an atmospheric ambience designed with loving care for details. The layout and the decoration was a project of the property owner Paola. She invested a lot of time and love in choosing the right marble, tiles and light fixtures for the kitchens and the bathrooms, and in finding the right material for the sofas and armchairs as well as having a few choice pieces of antique family furniture restored. With sun pouring in through the French windows, its pastel colours and stunning views we think this estate is a the perfect place for an unforgettable vacation.
